HR RECRUITER

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Recruiter. You will be the first layer in our quest to find the best and brightest workers to join our team. Aroundwire is an IT company with offices in Las Vegas and Chisinau, and your job will primarily consist of finding, presenting, and recruiting highly-qualified candidates to fill various positions in Chisinau according to various technical requirements.

If you are a skilled Recruiter in Chisinau, and you think you can help us grow our team, we would love to meet you. Our project is to launch a unique online marketplace and change the way the world buys and sells products and services.

Our headquarters are in Las Vegas, Nevada, and our development office is in Chisinau, Moldova. In the near future, we plan to launch and promote our platform in the United States. Next, we plan to grow our operations, both in Moldova and in the United States, improve our offering to the public and continue our worldwide expansion.

Full-time at our office in Chisinau. Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

- Creating and putting into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the growth of our business

- Designing and updating job descriptions

- Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., professional forums like linkedin.com, rabota.md, delucru.md, etc.)

- Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g., in-person, phone, video)

- Sending job offers and recruitment emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits

- Controlling the hiring process

- Contributing to employee retention and job satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field

- Understanding of national laws related to HR

- Proven experience, minimum 2 years, as an HR Recruiter in any field or a previous HR position in an IT company

- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Diplomacy and the ability to deal with situations that are stressful to others
